Sign Up Period

  1. Students can sign up for Term 3 activities from 8:00 am on Monday, March 31, until 11:59 pm on Sunday, April 20 2025.

  2. Students have a grace period to withdraw from the activity during sign-up. 

  3. Random allocation will take place between April 22-25, 2025.

  4. Term 3 activities will start the week of April 28, 2025 unless otherwise stated. 

  5. All oversubscribed activities will be randomly allocated (Pre-approval from parents is a must for random allocation).

  6. A “Successful Allocation E-mail” will be sent to students who have secured a spot following the random allocation process, highlighting the activities each student has been allocated to. These will also appear on the student’s summary page.

  7. For some Music/Performing Arts Activities, seeking consent from or audition with the Music/Drama department is required before signing up.

  8. Fee based programs will require direct payment to the service provider by cheque, bank transfer or such. Click here for complete information.

Registration is NOT on a first-come-first-served basis. All students who register will be placed on the waiting list until the end of the registration period. If the number of enrollment exceeds the maximum number of participants, names will be drawn randomly by Lionel to only allocate those that have been pre-approved by parents to join the activity.

ONLY STUDENTS can sign up by using their own login

  1. Login under your own LIONeL account

  2. Go to the Student Summary page.

  3. Under the Activities Heading, click on the pencil icon.

  4. A page of suitable activities for your year group will be displayed

  5. Make your selection by clicking on the "Enrol" checkbox

  6. If the activity you've selected requires an additional fee, you will be prompted by an alert box requiring acknowledgement. Click ok to confirm.

  7. Students may withdraw from an activity during the sign-up period by deselecting the checkbox under "Enrol."

  8. All students who register will be on a waiting list until the end of the registration period.

  9. Suppose the number of enrolments exceeds the maximum number of participants. In that case, names will be drawn randomly by Lionel to allocate only those who have been pre-approved by parents to join the activity.

  1. Once the student has registered, an E-mail with a direct hyperlink will be sent to parents for
    pre-approval ahead of the random allocation process.

  2. All students who register will be placed on the waiting list until the end of the registration period. Suppose the number of enrollments exceeds the maximum number of participants.
    In that case, names will be drawn randomly by LIONeL to allocate only those that have been pre-approved by parents to join the activity. 

  3. Parents' approval is necessary to participate in any activity, including sports trials.
